We accept online credit card payment with PayPal. If you are not a PayPal member, you can become one here. Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to "view cart" to checkout. After payment, you will receive an email with download instructions within 24 hours. If you prefer to pay with a check, all payments must be made in $US to Atelier Robin Inc and sent to our address. Personal checks have to clear (15 days) before we ship your order. Orders made with certified or bank checks ship within the normal lead times listed bellow.We also accept wire transfers. We do not accept postal money orders or Wester Union transfers or any check made to a name other than Atelier Robin Inc. Make sure you know what you are purchasing. Listen to the samples and read the user guide. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchase.
